NDIS Plan Management done the right way!
Leaving you time for the important things
What We Do
OnTime Plan Services is a NDIS registered Plan Management provider. Reg No. 4050048485.
We provide plan management services Australia wide, for NDIS clients in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, the ACT, and NT. Being based in regional Victoria, we understand that regional and rural areas don’t have the same access to services as capital cities. A plan managed client has the flexibility to use non-registered providers and we can help get the best outcomes from your NDIS plans.
Who are we?
OnTime Plan Services is a DPO/FO which means at least half of all employees, directors or board members are either people with a disability or family (and usually a carer) of a person with a disability. This means that we have a lived experience of disability and have a better understanding of our clients, their needs, and how the simplest of things can become difficult without the right supports. We strive to provide a personalised service to each client based upon their needs and preferences.
So what is a Plan Manager?
A Plan Manager helps you manage your NDIS funding by paying your providers and tracking your remaining budget.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) can be life changing, it can be liberating, and it can also be very confusing! When you receive your first plan from the NDIS it will indicate how the funds will be managed. This is a decision that the plan participant makes based upon their situation and needs.
The financial management of an NDIS plan can be one of four different methods.
1: Agency managed- Where the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) control the funds and will only pay to providers registered with the NDIS.
2: Plan managed- Where a registered plan manager controls the funds on your behalf and should act on your instructions and in your best interests. This method allows you to contract NDIA registered or non-registered providers based upon your needs.
3: Self managed- Where the participant controls the funds and is able to contract with any providers (NDIS registered or not). You are responsible for claiming payment from the NDIA and paying providers. You should also keep appropriate records if audited.
4: a combination of 1, 2, or 3.
Each method of management has its own benefits and drawbacks, and each allow for different aspects of care or assistance depending on the individual participants needs.
OnTime Plan Services act as a financial gateway between the participant, your service providers and the NDIS.
